· Hardware setup and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, remote desktop debugging)

· Computer networks (troubleshooting connections and devices, IP addressing, LAN cabling)

· Microsoft Windows operating systems (installation and use);

· Installation and use of various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
