1.      Verify the time on your computer is correct.

2.      Verify you have a Java Virtual Machine installed.

In Internet Explorer

1. Pull down Tools Menu – Select Internet Options – Select the Advanced Tab (right side)
2. Scroll down to “Microsoft VM” or “Java(Sun)”
3. Put a check in the box “JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart) or Use Java 2 V1.x.x_x for <applet> (requires restart)

4. If no “Microsoft VM” or “Java (Sun)” installed, you will have to download a Java Virtual Machine.

5. Shut down Internet Explorer
6. Restart Internet Explorer

3.      If no live data, hold down Ctrl key and click on Refresh button (will force a new page to load)
